Based in Poland and built on more than two decades of Europe–Asia business experience, HEY Consult combines European corporate perspective with long-term first-hand experience of the Chinese business environment.
That includes approximately a decade of direct business experience in China's Greater Bay Area, principally Guangzhou and Hong Kong, working with Chinese executives, companies and institutions.
Clients work directly with the senior advisor on the project. There is no layer between analysis and execution.

Christopher brings more than two decades of Europe–Asia business experience, including a decade working from China's Greater Bay Area. His work focuses on market entry, strategic partnerships, senior-level business development and navigating the commercial and cultural realities between European and Chinese organisations.
Vivien Yuan
China Business Lead
Vivien leads the China side of HEY Consult and coordinates China-facing project communication, relationship development and local execution together with the Chinese team. Her native market and cultural perspective helps ensure that positioning and communication work naturally on both sides of the Europe–China relationship.
